Axisparc is a business park with more than 50,000m² of office space across 19 buildings and home to over 1,500 employees as of May 2012.
Axisparc has a building occupancy rate in excess of 98%, one of the highest rates in the country.

The new phase of construction begun in October 2011 will see ± 11,000 m² of offices across 3 buildings in the 'Offices' area, with completion in early 2013. Axisparc at Mont-Saint-Guibert should eventually achieve its aim of 85,000 m² of offices and 2,500 employees towards 2015.
The buildings are divided into 4 categories:
- 'High Tech': An area for small and medium sized companies with multi-purpose premises.
- 'Offices': An area for large companies, high-quality offices constructed according to the most advanced standards currently on the market.
- 'New Tech': An area for companies who want to set up projects tailored to the company's needs.
- The 'Service Centre', opened in June 2010, houses more than 7000 m² of services for companies: a business centre, 'Smart Work' centre, conference centre, 3 restaurants, fitness center, spa, car wash, library, print center, ironing and dry cleaning service, AVIS car rental, etc.
