Unparalleled degree of flexibility

A unique aspect of the Axis Parc is the high degree of flexibility both in terms of leasing possibilities as well as in terms of office space and layout.

Leasing

Leasing possibilities range from 1 month to as long as 15years

As one of the few office parks in Belgium, the Axis Parc allows its tenants to move their offices within the park before contract maturity at the same lease conditions as long as they increase their needs by 50%.

Offices and laboratories

Office space and laboritares can host start-ups , freelancers, SME’s and multinationals.

Buildings are designed so they can be adapted to all tenants needs.

University proximity

The nearby University of Louvain-la-Neuve offers a unique interaction with Axis Parc

The proximity of the University attracts talent and results in the creation of many spin-offs that ultimately can find an easily accessible work space with a campus mindset close to the university itself.

Social events

The Axis Parc event team is in charge of organising a wide range of events for its corporate tenants. These events foster the campus and community spirit.

Some of the events are :

  • Beach volleyball tournaments
  • Golf tournaments
  • Food trucks on site
  • Olympic games dinner & football tournaments on big screen
  • Concerts
  • Afterworks
